Default King Quad Belt

How dependable is the King Quad transmission compared to the Yamaha. I have heard that Yamaha has the best automatic CVT transmission. It is suppossed to keep constant pressure on the belt to keep it from slipping. Is Suzuki as dependable? Also Yamaha advertises a completely sealed transmission with a breather. Is Suzuki's transmision also completely sealed to keep out water and mud. Has anyone had any problems with theirs so far?

Thanks Skippy

The Suzuki and Yamaha CVTs are virtually one-in-the-same as far as design and function.

I have got water in my belt housing twice now. But I was in deep water. There was also a Grizzly that was riding with us and it had the same problem in the same places. The only way to avoid getting water into the belt housing is making or buy a snorkel kit or get a manual shift. But the KQ does not offer a manual. And I don’t THINK the Grizzlies come in manual either. But it takes some deep water up to the finder to get water in there. The only other ATV that does not have a belt drive and is the Honda.
