some other site that posted pics of the 450 had a threat from suzuki and they said they would be looking for other people who have the pics

The Suzuki lawsuit thing is actually legit...they were calling companies with the picture posted, with warnings to remove it. When I told Chet, he said he had not heard anything of it. They cannot sue without a warning first off...then second of all Suzuki realized their webmaster messed up, and leveled things out with the warnings. Take it as you will...personally I will not post them on my site yet, but that really is up to the owner of each respective site.

The moderators know if the issue...they will take care of it as needed

 

looks pretty sweet. kinda like a combo between the yfz and Z250 (or Z400) i would say. i agree it will look better without the light and plastic heelgaurds. sweet. those front tires look a lot bigger than the rears. almost oversized...maybe not. oh well. cant wait to see it in action and compare it to the yfz/450R/700R...

Defamation? Only if you are saying something bad about it that isn't true. A picture doesn't do that.

They would have to proove that you DAMAGED them by posting the pictures. Hey, I'm just a stupid Boiler Salesman so, I really don't know law but, don't be fooled when someone threatens a lawsuit. Sure they can sue you but will they win? AND now a days, if they file a baseless suit they will be held liable for YOUR court costs.

Tough to see too much from the pictures. Very interested to see one. I'ld like to get the Wife's Raptor sold one of these days but, want a good suspension, powerful, desert / dune quad that is lighter for her. The YFZ just doesn't have that great of a suspension and I think the bigger bore is a bit easier for her to ride so, at this point she is stuck with the Raptor. Too bad the DS650 is so heavy. I love mine but, it's just too much weight for her.

Im PUMPED!!! i cant wait for this 450 to come out!!!! the EFI alone would make me chose it over the trx or the yfz. no more jetting...accurate fuel/air all the time...... CAN'T BEAT THAT!!!!!!! I won't be one to buy the first years model tho. new bikes always have problems and until suzuki can prove their bike, i won't be raping my bank account!!!!

 

well im sure there will be a lot of Z's up for sale when this baby comes out..so it won't be hard finidng one for sale...I hate getting rid of my Z..its the best quad I have ever driven..but it is time for more power..and suzuki answered our prayers.

That pipe looks loud and non-restrive.

I kinda' don't like how it looks, but that is what I said about the TRX450R and now I like how it looks
(not the 06" 450R, fugly lights)
