z400 mods to come...input needed.

Hey,
Sup guys? I just recently got a job working as a porter in the hostpital making $14/hr part time and am planning on dumping $4K-5K into my quad within the next month and half or 2. (Got about 2g's already) Gonna not opt with a new 450 cause I love my z too much and reverse. I thought I would just list everything Im planning to get done and if there is any part I should stay away from or if there is a "better" part around equal value feel free to let me know. Im gonna try and do all motor work myself with the exception of porting.
-20" Maxxis Razr2's on 9" Hiper carbonfiber beadlocks rear and new stock take offs upfront on my current ITP T9 pro rims. will put hiper's up front later.
-VP 108 octane oxygenated race fuel with 50/50 mix pumpgas.
-AC racing regular size nerfs
-AC racing aluminum rear grab. (Is the stock steel grab hard to remove cause it looks welded on???)
-Pro design killswitch (not sure yet)
-40mm FCR carb with dyno jets (Do I need a yfz450 throttle cable or will my stock work?)
-KN airfilter w/precharger or outerwears filter cover (lid will be off)
-400ex intake boot
-Dyna or Yoshi CDI (any opinions one over the other?)
-Web custom cams, big grind
-Yoshi z450 stroker kit with RS3 carbon fiber full exhaust
-Frame powdercoated silver
-Durablue eliminator axle 2+2
-Acerbis handgaurds
-Mild head porting
-Long travel a-arms and front shocks (not sure what make of a-arms but either ohlins or elka, which perform better for value?)
-Ohlins or elka remote resovier rear shock with linkage. (again not sure which brand to go with)
-IMS roll foot pegs and gas tank.
-Braided stainless steel brake lines with parking brake removed.
-POSSIBLY a longer swingarm, maybe lonestar 1-2"

with all you have listed your close to around 8 to 9K or more
I would know I spent that and more on mine
shocks around 2k. a-arm/swingarm another 1800
the yoshi kit runs around 1800 I think.
around 400 for the carb
thats 6000 just on 5 things.but it could be less it
all depends on what brand of parts you buy. so I say if
you got the money go for it

Dyna or Yoshi CDI- Yoshi only increases the rev limiter, Dyna also advances the timing curve. IMO DYNA
Pro design kill swich- This wont work with a dyna CDI, you need a normaly close kill switch. Gunnar or pingel both have a n/c teather.
40mm FCR- Your stock cable wont work, you will need a new one.
K&N air filter- The best price I found was on a nossmachine adapter.

allright guys Im most likely not gonna get the swingarm, carbon fiber rims (stick with the aluminum polished T9's or grab baja rims for the back only), ims pegs and tanks, rear ohlins or elka shock (rather just get it revavled and have an aftermarket linkage. Thanks for the info witti. Just for curiousity sake mucky, I can get the yoshi kit for ~$1100, cams $400, carb $400, cdi $400, LT a-arms and triple rate elka's for $2000, tires and other boltons for under $1.5. Thats alittle more than I would like but thats the price of performance.
