Default Even at $8500

I picked up my KQ for $6500 about 7 or 8 weeks ago. I've heard of them for a little more or less than that. Even if the Bom 800 is available for $8500, I can't see why one would want to pay the difference. My KQ rides and handles wonderfully!! I don't seem to have any of this lag with the engine others have mentioned. I have taken steep inclines that most big machines would make you nervous climbing (with ease and power to spare), powered through mud with ease (my Mud Lites help too I'm sure), go from 0 to 60 quicker than my car can take me, and I think it rides quite well too.

I'm VERY pleased with the KQ ---- I'm sure the B 800 is a great machine, but I wouldn't pay the difference :~).

The KingQuad is the best "bang-for-the-buck" sport-utility available.

Default Bom 800 vs KQ

As a staunch Zuki family...I have nothing but the highest kudos for the King Quad...It does all things well! In fact between the Vinson for the wife and The K.Q. for me...were set! I have been looking at the Outlander. if for no other reason but curiosity. It does have some incredble features that are very innovative. Obviously, there are some things that I didn't care for. The buzz on the machine is all about the power, handling and supposed versatility. The issue of price kind of depends on where you live. I have heard of this machine going for 8500-9500 depending. I am interested in riding this machine and IF it lives up to the reports possibly buying one. However, with all of that being said...the K.Q. is the best bang for the buck...over 5 major atv publications felt so strongly about it the they gave it the prestigous "atv of the year" award including the National Rifle Assoc. However...that doesn't mean that it will be the best forever. In the real world ...reality must prevail.

I think it's great that you love your KQ's... I feel exactly the same way about my Bomb 800 XT... I rode the KQ as well as the Polaris 700 - almost bought that one - but * for me * the Bomb 800 just felt much better in all aspects. Personal choice... btw the bomb out the door for the standard machine with taxes and everything was 8092 for me.
