Buying a set of mudlites, thinking of going with 26-9-12 front and 26-10-12 on back. Can a larger tire be put on back or is 10's fine? whats everyone elses setup and how do you find them?

I got what you want and I love em!!!!!!! Same sizes.. You won't be sorry with that setup. The 9" front tire is a steering tire and has a longer lug in the middle that makes it run on rails, or as my son says "dime steering!"

bought them last night and managed a short ride. Vast improvement over the dunflops. Going Caribou hunting the weekend so will give them a good test

Is performance affected by the 26" tall tire vs the stock 25" tall tire?? Looking at buying a set of these myself. Both my Eigers are stock.

Will keep you posted on that, never opened it up last night but didnt notice any power loss on the trails. Didnt notice a big difference in weight when I was installing the tires, not sure how much heavier they are than stock.

The great thing about the M/L is the lite weight. The auto is affected by the bigger tires but can be rectified with a clutch kit.

You will love your Mud Lites. Tires are the biggest and best improvement you could make for your quad. I have mud lites for my Bruin and love them!

Eiger1 just got a set of Pirelli Mudwiser tires (really!! thats what they're called) and they look just like the M/L tire. He wont stop talking about how great they are. I don't know the weight diff tho.

I have noticed that the most popular tire on the trail is the Mudlite. Very versatile tire and its now available as a radial Thats my next tire.
