Wow, it's been along time since I've posted on here. What's everyone up to these days? I have retired from building 230's and lt230s engines. But I still know alot about them. I have started a career in flying so if I don't respond right away, I will eventually.

Ah, shipping does seem a bit troubled.

Engine set up when I had her, you'll have to go to my profile and look it up. I remember the last thing I put on her was a Kevlar clutch set from Barnett. Ebay has been a good source of parts. And I wouldn't use different hubs from another make or model or spacers. Use a different offset rim like I did or change the rear axle out for one out of an lt250r.
Also Rockymountainatv.com is where I got my rims and tires from.

Go to the link in my sig and check for compatible parts for your 230. It's the most complete list out there.

I never got a chance to test this, but the rear hubs from the honda atc200 should work. There were several varieties of these hubs from different year Hondas and I don't remember which year that I thought would work.

I put these G-Force hubs on my LT250s in 4/115 Banshee flavor and they work out well.
They also fit my 1982 ATC250R so I can swap out the tires depending on what I am riding on.
