it can"t be delivered over the net. it's ASCii code.
XP has group policy that limits access to lots of things. I don't fully understand it all, but I know I can turn off access to things like setting the clock, load and unload device drivers, shutdown the system, etc. I can make it so even I can't shutdown my own pc! I'd have to go back into the GP and change the setting back.

i can shut down any pc. it's called the on/off button. slip in a bootup cd, and when i get to C: , yer dead meat! LOL
this ASCii code can't be delivered over a network. you have to sit there and type it in. that's why any and every MS machine can be killed. they're all DOS-based.

I don't think XP is dos-based. Comparison of Microsoft Windows versions - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I think a dos-liked thing runs on top of xp called the command prompt. I know I can't install xp from dos. Setup won't run. Either have to boot using the xp cd, or run it from win98.

M friends, I had a GREAT day! I don't have a good internet connection over here at my girlfriends, but here's a little teaser! The most amazing thing is nothing broke!!! I bent the he|| out of my foot peg mounts though! But, wow! I can't believe how good this thing jumps! It's a 30' table top and the only person that was out jumping me was some guy on a 450 dirt bike! I was always a couple feet short of clearing it all the way though! I'll put more pics up later and a few videos. What do you guys think?? Is this pretty big air for a 230?

after playing with Vista all weekend, youre right, even the on/off button or pulling the plug won't completely shut a system down.
with a little time and the right tools i can still shut down your system, reboot and load a DOS shell and deltree your kernal-based software.

ya wanna f#ck with the eagles, ya better learn how to fly! LOL
