The size of jets could vary depending on the brand of jets you use. I have the yoshi rs3 full comp pipe on my 2003 Z400 and airbox lid removed with a K&N and outerwear. I am using the Dyno jets. Since I'm at about 5000 feet, I am running the needle on the 2nd clip and a 146 main jet (as recommended in the Dyno jet instructions. The DJ instructions recommend the 3rd clip below 3000 feet and a 150 main jet. The recommended jetting has worked well for me. I haven't had stumbling, sputtering, backfiring etc. I don't know if the Uni filter will make any difference for your jetting. By the way, how much is the EHS lid, I was considering getting one.

thanx for the help yoshz, i was planning on dj jets as well. ill just bet on their instructions i guess. the ehs lid, from their ebay store, is 40 or so to convert your airbox lid, or 80 for a brand new oem lid already set up with the set up, which is what i'm getting, because then u dont hav to cut your old lid and all that.
