Read the site and that should explain everything.
I feel that I have been done wrong by Suzuki and
I am looking for then to come clean in regardes to
all the trouble I have had with my Quad. Some agree
with my approach and some do not. That is fine, I just
want to let people know what I have been through.

Kenneth, Dont take me wrong and do not beleive that I don't understand your frustration. Yes you have the right to get a quad for the money spent etc etc, but...
Do not ruin your health in this story, frustration, will harm you in the long run. Yes its easy to say from here but you know what , give up, sell the fricking thing, loose some money and swallow it. Its hard on the ego, but life is way too short. I know that for a question of principal you are right but its going to be a never ending story.
We need to know when to stop, right or not...

i agree that you should get it fixed and not ruin your health over it. approach it is a different manner: get an attorney and fight them on the legal front. i didnt have time to read all of your postings on the other website, so i dont know if you have retained an attotney or not but if i was you, by now i would have had one. I would have had one within 30days. I'm sure suzuki wouldnt want a lawsuit. the cost of their attorneys' fees alone would cost them more tham giving you several new bikes, not merely an engine.
There are lemon laws in the US, that, while not explicitly applied to atvs, if they get an attorney pursuing them, they will wind up doing you right. But i dont know your law system and if you have such laws or not; if its been 2 yrs you may or may not still have a case if there is a statute of limitations.
In the US, particularly our state, if a vehicle is in the shop 8 times for the same problem or 30 days in the same year, the dealer/manufacturer has to replace it with a new vehicle or give a full refund for the purchase.
I'm not a sue happy person, but sometimes you need an attorney.

Middle age.... I fully understand what you say. I dont like to give up on anything and I like to fight.......but I also can see when I have nothing else to gain from a situation.
Our friend can get an attorney, spend few more dollars, to end up winning something that he dislike and hate because of the trouble given by that thing.
In a situation like that you gain nothing by fighting against a big company since you are the only one loosing and loosing again, they will drag you forever. You are getting emotional, they dont.
What you can do is selling the fricking bike, get something else and keep spreading your story on on the internet. We vote with our money and the more peoples are made aware about horror story like this one the more power to us. Keeping the bike or winning the case will not change one thing in regards of the big pictures.
Yes you can keep fighting and yes you can win, but at what price ?? those big company couldn't care less about you and I as individual.
Personnaly I would have start the legal procedure long time ago, but hey thats me...
BTW thanks to all for your patience with my Frenchglish... ;-)
