Steering Stabilizer for KQ?
#1
I just got my KQ and have noticed the steering is really light. When I hit any sort of barrier with the front tires it jerks the handlebars hard. also, when I get up to speed it seems to jump slightly side to side and makes me feel a bit unsure of the stability. I read an article in Dirt Wheels where they put a steering stabilizer on a KQ from Dalton Racing. They stated this made a world of difference. I called Dalton to order one but they told me to wait for a week or two as they were working on a new one for the machine. I figure this gives me a chance to ask you fine folks what your thoughts are on this subject. Who has put one on theirs? Was it a big difference? What other brands have you put on and would you do it again? Thanks for all of your help and comments.

Mine is on order from Dalton. I called them a couple of weeks back and they told me the same thing about calling back. I couldn't wait so I called them back and asked if I could give them my credit card and get one shiped as soon as it is finished. They sai that was a good ideal to prevent me from being on back order after the first batch is finished and shipped. You might want to do the same thing. i know several others that have done the same thing.
Thanks
