LT 500 Pipe (Bills or FMF)
#4
Hi,
IMO you should try get a pipe that is designed to run w/the porting in the motor and the type of riding/powerband that you like.
But be careful w/a high compression Zilla motor....................... some pipes have a "restriction" where the stinger is welded on to the end of the pipe.
This can cause the piston to overheat/detonate at higher RPMs and you will seize the motor.
Always start rich w/your jetting and then slowly work back down.
There are other WAY better pipes than the Bills, FMF, LRD, PT..................... they are "generic"
pipes designed in the 80s...................... good, but not on par w/today's designs.
