Default SPROCKET QUESTION

To reach a higher top end speed on my z400, which sprocket do I need to change and should I go up one tooth or go down 1 tooth for faster top end. Also when I do this will it make my lower gears doggy. (so to speak)
anything will help. thanks:

yeah, for more speed go up in the front and down in the rear. You probably will not notice a significant change in your lower gears. Maybe a little but nothing to be alarmed about. You'll still be getting enough torque to get the job done. On my 230s the stock rear I believe is recommended to be 41 and I run a 39. I think the front is supposed to be a 12 or 13 and I run a 13 or 14 and I still go anywhere I choose too with no problem.
