1986 suzuki 250 quadrunner

hi just a quick question about my bike,first what is the top speed for it,it seems to not have a lot of power.could my valves be set wrong?it dont use any oil,any suggestions?

Well, my '85 LT230S goes about 50-60 mph, I'm not positive but I did clock it next to a Praire not that long ago.
