I just picked up a 05 Z400 today thats in really nice shape. What an improvement over my old polaris! I noticed some people talking about changing the engine coolant in these. How soon should i do that and what problems will it cause if i dont? thanks.

 

is it new or with a warrenty???, clutch cover corrosion on ALL 05-06. i bought a new 1($187) and had it powdercoated . or you can get a 04' alum. cover. they say you can use evens waterless coolant . you'll have to flush out system ,use the evens and then reflush and more evens to be safe. i think it runs $35 a jug.
