For removing the two large axle nuts, what size wrenches do I need? Also, any tips or tricks for removing and reinstalling the axle and bearings.

 

I used 2 pipe wrenches on mine with cheater bars. they are very tight. once you remove the nuts the axle just slides out once you have the brake caliper removed ,as for bearings once the axle is removed you need to remove the bearing carrier and then the bearings
