LT80 Aftermarket Pipe

Default LT80 Aftermarket Pipe

If I install an aftermarket pipe on a LT80 do I need to rejet orwill it be OK with the stock jets???? Anything else need done to it with the pipe? Thanks,Irish

Default LT80 Aftermarket Pipe

yeah you do need to jet it it is easy im only 14 and i did it just take off the carb and then take off the bottom off the carb then take out the jet it is the small brass cyrcel on the stem in the middle just un screw it and get a drill bit small eenuff to fit in it then find the next size up and drill and put it back together or you could bore it out with a die grinder its delta shaped so it has to be done by hand try it ill garentee it and one more thing modify the air box by cutting the hole bigger it works
