Hi Folks,

I just acquire an 03 Ozark 250 in really nice condition. This is my first 4 wheeler and I'm really impressed with it. I compared it with the other brands in this size before buying, and it looked like the best in class.

Question/request: It did not come with the owners manual. Do you know where I can get one, or perhaps one of you might be willing to run me a copy which I'll be glad to pay you for in advance?

Thanks, JCS44

Well I guess you got to start somewhere!........... j/k (so did I)

Congrats on getting the Ozark. Its a fun and capable little quad and I'm sure you'll enjoy it. For an owners manual, you'll probably have to get one at the dealer..........Welcome to the forums!

The service manuals are about $50 available from your local Suzuki Dealer. Sounds like a lot but they are really nice manuals. I just got one. Don't know how much the smaller owner's manual costs but I've found that most of the stuff in the owner's manual is also in the service manual

GrnXnham, so what you got for appr. $50 from the dealer IS the service manual? Like Haynes or Chilton or more what the dealer uses?

Thanks for your answer.

Yes, I am talking about the Suzuki SERVICE manual. This is what the dealer uses. It's a big thick book about the size of a Chilton's. As far as I know, there is no Haynes or Chilton's for the Ozark so I bought the service manual from Suzuki. Much more useful than the Owner's Manual.

The OWNER'S manual is a tiny little book--it can almost fit in my back pocket. It comes with every new Ozark. Very limited info on servicing your quad.

If I were you I'd get one of each if you plan to keep your quad for a while. The Owner's Manual is a nice thing to just keep in the storage box under your seat.

Thanks for the info. I'll get me a service manual from the dealer then...
I do plan on keeping the Ozark for a while and like to do maintenance and repairs myself.

Thx again

I've gone ahead an ordered the Owners Manual from a dealer - about $15. That will get me started at least, and then maybe a service manual from Chiltons, etc.

Thanks for the help.

Welcome to the forums. Yeah, Clymer has some O.K. manuals also. Might want to check them out.
