I bought a used burgard steering stem off ebay for my '03 z400, and i got it in the mail yesterday, are the burgard stems suppose to be slightly bent at the neck leaning in towards the rider, or did this guy on ebay screw me over after he rolled his quad.

 

I would say you got ripped. I dont know any quad to have a stem bend at all towrds or away from a rider. Should be straight though.
