ltr450r swing arm

Default ltr450r swing arm

at the end of the swing arm where the axle goes through how many inches of ground clearence is there. on the suzuki site it says 9.4 inches but that is under the engine. the reason i ask is because i was looking in to buying one

i got mine set up for drag i am running 22 triple buffs i have a little more clearance. cause of the tires. what kind of riding do you do????

i do al trail riding i was looking into getting one of the 450s right now i have a z400

The 450 is a good bit wider than the Z, I know some of the trails I hit are tight with my Z. That might be something to look into.

if i were you i would stay with the z. the 450r needs a bigger tank if you want to ride on trails for more than an hour at least thats what dirtwheels said

i think you should keep what you got a 450 is really made for racing. not trail friendly
