A pipe for my z250. I ordered the Yoshimura RS-3 slip on. Anyone else have one of these? How do you like it? I ordered it yesterday and they told me I would get it in 6-8 business days, I am killing myself waiting over here.

Did you have to rejet on your ozark? So far I have a K&N filter, air box vents, and I am waiting on my Yosh pipe. (those mods are the only performance mods, not mods in general.)

For anyone out there, I don't think I'd have to, but should I re-jet the carb?

yes you should rejet the carb as you will be running lean since you are messing with the air fuell mixture you will be forcing more air into the engine and not enough gas to compensate for the difference so i would if I were you...a good way to indicate if you are running lean is you will see some white on the tip of the spark plug.

The pipe hasn't come in yet but it should be in pretty soon...I don't think I'll re-jet it unless it runs bad or sputters or whatever because I'm supposed to get a XC set up z400 in like 2 weeks...The thing has over $10,000 in aftermarket stuff and the guy cleans it like everytime he rides it.

Why risk it...just re-jet it. It's a whole $2 for a jet, verses burned up valves

Why bother spending the money on the exhaust in the first place? If you are not going to take the steps needed to get the most performance out of it, then it is pretty much pointless.

Well I just got the word that after Thanksgiving I am getting a z400 that has over $10,000 into it and I already got the pipe on and it runs fine so I figure I might as well not re-jet it cuz it's getting sold anyways. Thanks to everyone's help anyways.
