does anyone have or know of a place where i can print off some templates to cut my front fenders, i want to do it but do not want to risk having one side different than the other.

you can use electrical tape to mark where you want to make the cut so both sides come out even. I'd suggest using a dremmel or some sort of small rotary tool. Then use some very fine sand paper on only the edges to clean up the cut line.
