Default ECM for 2005 KQ

I am interested in getting more power out of my Kingquad and having that darn rev limiter removed. When I am starting to get stuck and need throttle the last thing you need is that rev limited interferring. I have heard that changing the ECM may help both with the rev limiter and acceleration.

I am not sure what the difference is between the Yoshi ECM and the Power Commander? Also if either of these are added, are there other alterations that must be done in conjuction to ensure that they do not harm the engine? Do they just pug in and away you go?

wait on the vdi, it should be out by the end of november...testing is almost complete. the power commander and doebeck only adjust fuel, this will not solve your problem, the king quad's timing is severly retarded but vdi has a unit coming out that will adjust fuel and timing maps, also will do away with the rev limiters. this so far promises if everything works out to be the best and only ecm mod that will correct our lag problem. just my opinion don't waste the money on the others...wait on vdi..
