need help with a dvx 400

Default ltz 400 big bore kit with hot cams

my buddy has a dvx 400 with a big bore kit and hot cams with a crf 450 carb with a 225 jet , and a big gun rev box and he is still runnin way to lean the spark plug is still white does any one now how to solve this problem in order to get it running more rich cuz the last size of a jet we can go with is a 235 and i dont think even that will be big enough

i know of a 450r using a 210

you can see were I'm using a 175 Mikuni and thats just about unheard of . some thing that might be happening is you my be using winter gas , tho i don't know to what extent its used
were your at . an AF meter is what you need, find some place with a dyno ,they should have one. most 450r's are running closer to the 180 range.but it depends on the pipe.

you might need to readjust the clip on the needle so it moves higher on throttle response, if the needle doesnt move enough in the jet then you get to lean, or to big of an air jet in it
