i have a suzuki 230e that will not turn over, the battery is charged. though i have the pull start is is getting anoying to pull

 

You need to test to see if the switch is sending 12v to the starter solenoid. If that checks out then most likely it needs to be rebuilt. You can probably buy a rebuild kit off EBay or have someone in your local town do it. Probably cost around $75 bucks if I had to guess.
