Default KQ700 cuttin out w/ diff lock

Got my new KQ700 i n the mud today. When i locked the differential it started cutting out like the it does in reverse. I read in the owners manual that there was a speed limiter when using the locker but in that situation you might need all available power to get out. Anybody know what's going on or have advice, peace of mind, etc?

All i can say is if its a nasty situation that you might not get out just hit your over ride button just like you were in reverse and it will shut the limiter off

But not completely and not for long.
Cut the red/green wire going to pin #15 on the ECU however and no more limiter in lock at all!

VDI's new box should fix that problem shouldn't it?
