Default z400 jetting

on my z, i have a k&n/pro flow air intake kit, with the lid off, and a white bros e2 slip on. white bros suggests i use a 165 main jet with the lid off. should the jetting be different with the increased airflow of the k&n, or should i go with the 165. i ride about 2500 ft elevation, and want to buy just one jet instead of a set of jets for around 70 bucks.

the reason you need to rejet is because you have a free flowing pipe and because you have removed the air box lid . the stock filter will work but it is a piece of crap replacing it is a very good idea .
last summer i was using a Mikuni 165 , since my mods I've bumped it up a bit. if you look you will find a lot of guys using a 165.
the very best thing you could do is get your quad on a dyno and do a AF check .you could be running lean and never know it .
