HELP!

I need some help trying to figure out what's wrong with my new King Quad 450. I only had one mile on the quad when I noticed it was in 4x4. I have tried unsuccessfully to get it out now for the last 3 hours. I've driven in forward, reverse etc. Nothing seems to work. I drove it about 8 more miles today all in 4x4 and I couldn't get it out of 4x4 and into 2 wheel drive. Also, when I flip the lock switch for the differential it also won't go in to that either. The display just blinks when I flip the lever up.
I called the shop and they can't look at it until Tuesday but this thing is new and I want to ride it now dang it. The guy at the shop said he has seen it happen before but just going in reverse got it out and that would be all I would need to do. Unfortuately this didn't work. Does anyone have any clue what could be going on here? Or has anyone else had this same problem on the 2007 King Quad 450? Thanks in advance for any and all replies. Oh yeah, forgot to mention that yes I did check the fuses.

If its like the eiger and you have a manual switch that you flip up you may have to adjust the cable. theres a plunger that is on the bottom of the engine that pulls out when you flip the switch up to 2x4. Its made to defult to 4X4 if the cable brakes. Look at my picks and i have a picture of it. The same thing happend to me last year. I adjusted it by the plunger but someone told me theres an adjustment up top. You just have to follow the cable down from the top lever. I hope this helps it should be a easy fix if thats whats wrong.
