Need help. z400 stripped allen screw
I bought a swingarm skid for my brand new z400 and I stripped 2 screws out trying to get the plastic skid off. They must have been put in with an air gun. I tried a screw extractor on one of them and it just stripped it worse the hole is completely rounded out. How can I get these out , I cant really get to them with a dremel tool , I tried screw extractor with no luck.. In the rounded out hole I can get the next size bigger allen wrench in it , could I JB weld it in there or would the jb just break loose because the screws are so tight?.. Any suggestions helpful!

Drill it carefully. Then penetrate the threads with breakfree oil. Then, using a small punch and light hammer, strike the center of the allen bolt to shock loose any debris, paint, etc., stuck in the threads. Lastly, use an easy out. Patience will mean the difference between getting the bolts out and buying a new swingarm!

Thanks for the replies , I got them out with some time and an easy out . Now I got another problem. I got it off there finally so I could put my aluminum one on.. is a Suzuki skid , come to find out I think they gave me the wrong one at the dealer. It says 2003 on the box. The stock plastic one has the indentions up in it where you put the bolts in this one is just flat so there is a Big gap there the bolts that I removed (well the ones that i didnt strip). Will not reach the hole to thread in. Can I get some longer bolts and make it work , or has anyone else done this.?
