I posted last night a ? thinking it was valves....after talking to a few local guys, they said it may be th cam chain making the noise? what do you think? and what is the best fix for the long haul? thankyou in advance for your help

 

most of the time its the chain making the noise. stock cam chain do stretch and the tensioner gets to the limit and the chain still gets loose. since its an 03 and if you have never replaced it, I would do it with all the chain guides
