Anyone have access to a service manual for a 2006 LT-Z250?? I was trying to get some info on the rear diff. As in service intervals and type of oil to use. Also what typy of engine oil to use??

I bought this machine used and it didn't come with any manuals. I got it used but it still had the colored chalk lines on the tires..lol The girl I bought it from didn't ride it at all. I actually finished breaking it in. She purchased it in november of 05 and only rode it for an hour..LOL

 

Did you check eBay?

Sometimes these manuals can be had on CD for cheap there.

 

I checked ebay for an owners manual but came up short. I found a service manual for about $80. I won't be able to afford one of those for a while. So, I figured I'd try here first.

 

So are you looking for a service manual or owner's manual?

In your 1st post you said service manual. In your 2nd you said owners manual. The service manuals are more expensive($80) but some can be had on CD rom for cheap. The owners manual is smaller and cheaper and comes with every new quad. I think they are about $20 if you stop at the dealership.

 

Service manuals on ebay should be about 7-10 bucks. They send you a pdf file via email. Download it and save it to file. Then if you want, you can burn it on a disc.

I got one for 4 bucks, and it was the 03 model. Not that it doesn't have some of the same parts, but the shocks and carb are not the same.

Service and fluid types would be the same.

You can also look @ RepairManual.com for service manuals. They seem to have cheaper prices than the dealers

It's the owners manual that i'm looking for. I realized my screwup when I replied to your first message.
