My lt230ge it is hard to start it use to start really easy.When i was riding with a friend on it,it was fine for a little while but then i had it in 4th gear and the was to much load on the motor so i stopped to switch gears and it DIED. So i hit the start butten and it started up clicked it in gear and bogged right down, so i gave it a min and it was fine.bout a half hour l8ter it bogged out and DIED so i gave it 20 min and started back up.I did hear a slight ticking noise from the motor the valves???Should i not ride 2 people on it any more could that be why its stalling and wont start back up for a while?All the input you can give my i would love!

Sounds like it doesn't like to run when its hot. How is the air fliter? What does the spark plug look like? Is the carb clean?

Boggin it down like that makes it hot.

 

Make sure your carb doesn't have crap in it. Take the jets and blow them out. My old 80 used to do that and i had to clean the carb and there was always small pieces of junk stuck in the jets. With that being said, is anyone looking for a 2002 yamaha yfm80 raptor?

 

well i got it fixed somewhat it was the carb i think the idle and air screws
