Default does this sound right for a ltr450?

i finally found it online that stock revs to 9500 and CRBM revs up to 10000. and i been using the quad gearing calculater and found out that if i put on the cherry bomb, baffle out the pipe, and take the lid off i will reach 10000rpms meaning with 12F/36R sprockets and 20inch tires on the back my top speed will be 76.2mph. does this sound right to you guys? and if that is.... would that be better acceleration then stock? would those be good trail gears?MX?Drag?

that sounds about right.. but when you take your lid off your air box you take a big risk of sucking somthing in to the motor then youll find yourself spendin some real money.. right now you got a good MX quad.. if you want to have speed and acceleration dont **** around with little things like your tires.. grated tires can be f*cking spendy.. us that money and look into other things. i know a hig compression piston kit for mine can take me from 12.0:1 to 14.0:1 and thats only $250

im not really into mx, i mostly do trail riding and drag with my friends. thats why i want the bigger tires so i can be farther off the ground. i have a question. what if i want to clean under my seat because its a bit muddy, can i just hose it down completely? over the air filter?

one thing i always do is take that filter all the way out clean the foam part off the filter and clean it very good with some filter cleaner and then re-oil it. it is cheap and easy and will save you big bucks in the long run.. when you spay down under the seat just put the lid back on your air box the clean the air box with a rag.. you just have to make sure to clean that so you dont get **** inside.. my buddy did that and it costed him some money.. can be avoided with easy maintance

do you think that if put a cherry bomb, dasa pipe, FuelATV intake, and a power commander; would the 12/36 and 20in tires be too low? thats a final drive ratio of 3 and the stock is 2.57 but the tires are bigger. it shows on the calculator that it would top out lower with that so with the tires and gears it would still be lower then stock but by 2mph in top speed. would that be to much power and i should get 13/36 or 12/36 would be fine?

p.s: can you use the cherry bomb with a power commander? does the power commander do the same thing but just better?

If you plan to get a Power Commander don't waste your money on the cheery Bomb.

If you don't do MX and just want to do trails and (drag) why did you get the LTR? fuel injection? 450cc? just wondering.

I replied to your other post about your quad and trail riding. just get the same size tires that came on the LTZ and your about at the same height it is. and you should be good.

for trail riding all the parts u want to do are pointless really. sounds liek you want to just go fast. lol. which is fun, than get a Big Bore kit like someone said. that will increase your whole power band, If you really want more acc. do some gearing which might help even more if you are wanting to go with larger rear tires
