hi i got a 86 lt230s and i was wondering if i got my hands on a lt250r motor will it go in the 230's frame?

 

I would guess the '85/6 motor would be a closer match than the later years. Either way it may be a tight fit for the pipe and you will probably need to have that and the engine mounts custom fabricated. If you want a 2 stroke quad in that size frame it would make more sense and be less time consuming to pick up a Blaster, pipe it and put on a 240cc kit.
