well here is what I know so far took head and jug off water is why it blew off and piston has small corner of ear busted off bout the size of a dime still dont know why water got in jug but both cases are trashed head was in place where all water ports lined up does any body know where water or how it got in jug I will finish tearing this apart it does have a hot rod in it can you tell me what side should it be wrote on left or right when sitting on bike I will let you know more as I get further

Water may have got in from a blown head gasket and caused the cylinder to pull up or the cylinder may have pulled up because the bolts didnt hold and then water may have got in there. The first one sounds likely but considering the bad threads it could be the second.

yes it is wife hates it and me right now cause of all the money i spent on it close to 2000.00 and now who knows how much i am worried if i put new cases on it and whatever that it does it again cause now since i will have it apart i should put all new bearings and seals in it thats the only right thing to do i did have a question tho it does have a hot rod arm in it does antbody know what side that the words should be on thanks for all of your help tho

Rods are symmetrical. The piston has to go on with the arrow on the top facing the exhaust. And yes, when you take it apart, replace bearings and probably have the crank bearing bushing kit installed while it is apart. Search on here what guys have had issues with and what was done to fix it. A wealth of info on this site. The crank bearing bushings is a must and the only other thing I can think of is building up the cylinder mount tabs with weld to prevent breakage.
