Default Dragging a z400

Fisrt off I love my bike and cant wait to get my Yosh RS3. My question is for those who race and or drag z400's or anyone else with this problem. When At a stand still and the flag drops...my bike has a tendency to wheelie and the front ends wants to come up so bad i need to let off the gas ruining my take off. Ive tried starting in 1st and second gear but still have the same problem. Dont get me wrong Ive been riding for years but the bikes im dragging are heavier ( 300ex. warrior 350 raptor 660 and the exception blaster) and get me on the take off sometimes just because they can gas it and go. How do i get my bike to stay down without having to lean over the handle bars and start in second with letting the clutch out moderately? Im 5'11 175 pounds and when dragging anyone from a rolling start its not even funny what happens to those bikes ( winner me ). ps. i just got my new tires and will see if this effects my take off.

It's gonna be expensive, but you need a longer swingarm. a +2 should do it. The other thing you can try is a 3rd gear launch, it may work it may not.

try just working the clutch a bit more...... I usually can keep the front end down with a slight clutch fanning.....
