Default Starting a Z400

How do you override the saftey feature on the z400 that makes you pull on the clutch to start it. Because i bought a new clutch perch and lever and there is no spot for the safety plug in to go. Could you by chance take the wires and ground them to the frame?

I cant remember if the switch is "normally open" or "normally closed"
I replaced my clutch perch last year, and I'm thinking that the 2 wires going into the plug are wired together, if not they're kept separate. You don't have to ground anything to the frame.
