i got a 03 z400 with a yoshi RS-3 full exhaust and a k&n fiter with jets. in the near future im gonna put it in the shop to install a Athena 434 big bore stage 2 cams and get the head port and polished and a bigger carb.

WILL IT BEAT A 450???

 

yes it will beat a 450 ,but not every 450.
do some research you may find that the 434 is not what its cracked up to be,and buy all means get a better air intake boot

 

cool. what kind of big bore should i get since the 434 isnt what i thought it was? ive seen 463cc and 440cc big bore kits but ive never heard any reviews about the 463. i want the most bang for the buck. my goal is to line up with a 450 and surprise him that im still next to him...

 

I had a 470 kit in mine had over 50hp till I exploded the top end on it. you can even go to a 536cc but they say you will rebuild it almost every year, if you have the money470 kit

id like to beat stock yamaha and honda 450 and maybe slightly modded.

i remember mucky, you having the 470 kit but i cant afford a stroker kit.
