Just bought a new Ozark
#1
Hello,
I have just recently bought a new Suzuki Ozark, I have a few questions regarding this machine:
1 - How long can it idle before it will overheat?
2 - Where can you buy some after-market pipes that fit this machine?
3 - Can it take a synthetic oil?
4 - Where can you get a manual clutch lever?
Thank you for your time, hope to hear from you soon.
- Phil

1 - I've never had it overheat and I've idled it for a long time.
2 - Pro Circuit T-4 shop around.
3 - Yep, you can run synthetic in just about anything if you want to as long as it is okay for wet clutches.
4 - Not sure on this one.

I'm not sure if you can put a manual clutch lever on this considering both levers are for the brakes, although....the foot lever can be the main rear brake engagement while the handle bar brake lever can be the clutch. But I'm still not sure that this can be done.

yea those little things are pretty peppy...suprised me, when i worked at a dealer i rode one for my first time and those little boogers will get up and go, there good in the woods to very narrow and snappy, HMF prolly makes a sport series pipe for them i believe and there not to pricey best bang for the buck when it comes to pipes, if your gonna use synthetic than stick with it...dont use syn for like a year then use normal oil its not really good for clutches and such, as far as overheating...lol that thing could idle for days and prolly be fine
