Which one is better is not a good question. It's totally subjective. Which one is better? Depends on what you want. The one you want will be better as soon as you buy it.
Of course I have a yfz and will say I love it. My bro has a 450R and loves it. I feel more comfortable on the yfz than the 450R so that is what I prefer. If you want to choose between them go sit on them and try them out.
Only thing I would take into considerations is that the ltr has 18" tires and does not have the ground clearence that the others do. It also sits wider. So it is not as good for trails.
