I bent my frame and was thinking about buying a new one on ebay how do I get a title for it or what if i bought one just with a bill of sale

 

I wouldnt worry about a title for a frame. some vin # tabs are spot welded or riveted on. remove the one from the bent frame and install it on the new one

 

i my self would start by asking for it .
there is a can of worms you dont want to open if its a stolen quad or maybe theres not a clean title to it ,ya its just a part like any other part on the quad but its all so the part with the numbers that can get you in jail.
and lets say you some day want to sell it,i say get the title or keep on looking.
