Default Model?

Hey guys, I was browsing through cheap cycle parts trying to find some parts. There are different part numbers, "F" through "L" I think, I was about to figure out that my 86 is either a "F" or a "G". Is there a way to break it down further?

well, i suggest going to suzukipowersports.com, they have a great free fiche section. because the quadracer is one fiche set for all years, it is divided by letters. go to something that you know has changed over the years, such as the cylinder. it will be listed on the drop down box with different letters. for example, lets say "f" shows no powervalve. then we know that anything marked "f" will be for years 85-86, all other nonmarked parts are universal for all years.

to be honest, i dont know if i really made any sense or not, but maybe it'll help.
