Z90 v-belt change

Hello Zuk lovers.
I've been using some Z90's for hire and they've had a fair bit of use this summer.
Noticed a small rattling noise coming from the transmission and on further inspection have found I need new chain and sprockets and also the v-belt is far looser on one bike than on another. I got a new v-belt from my dealer and now can't get the old one off the cone on the sprocket side of the clutch.
I think it requires a special tool. Can anyone point me in the right place to purchase one of these tools? (Or tell me how I can get the cone off)...
When I purchased the bikes new, I managed to remove the clutch spacer on the engine side cone by using an allen key the opposite side of the crank (to keep it still) instead of the tool you are supposed to use. Worked a treat, easy job.
