LT250R Swingarm Piviot

well im building up my bike and ive found that theres about 1/8" of side to side play on the swingarm. the bearings are perfect, bolt is tight, and i think everything else is in order. is this ok?

to me that doesnt seem right. shouldnt be any play. are you sure you have all the parts needed.
