You need to be a little more specific on what you're asking. What 230 do you have and what year? I'm going to assume your talking about a 230 quadsport. I won't assume what year you have so I'll answer for all years.

Absolutely not on the exhaust pipes. Lt250R is a two stroke racing engine that requires an expansion chamber like all 2 strokes. Any Lt230 is a 4 stroke and requires a 4 stroke pipe.

As for the axle and "back swingarm", yes and no is the short answer. Here's the long answer.

All LT250r axles will fit in the 230 carriers. In fact, they are nice upgrades since they are about 3 inches wider. However, the later year 250 quadracers (some '88 models, and all '89-'92 models) have larger splines for the hubs. If you get one of these axles for your 230 sport, you'll also have to get new hubs (and wheels since they are 5 bolt hubs.) Axles from '85 through '87 (and some '88) quadracers will fit perfect and your factory hubs will work fine.

As far as the "back swingarm", I'm really not 100% sure what your talking about. The swingarm itself from a quadracer will not fit a 230 sport without some modification to the swingarm and frame. The suspension is totally different. But if your talking about the bearing carrier, ones from the '85 and '86 quadracer are exactly the same as the '85 and '86 230 quadsport carrier. The '87 and up quadracers have square carriers that will not work on the sport. Also, if you're looking for a carrier for an '87 or '88 230, none will fit from quadracers but you can use one from an '87-'93 230E.

Hope this helps.
