ok so i have a 86 lt230s and alot has gone wrong with it over the last summer.ove the last summer my chain, left engine cover, engine cover gaurd blew and my shifter pedal magically disappeared along with both front wheels bent to all hell all on one ride. rought time getting home. any ideas on what to do with this machine wether it be fix it sell it or just trash it

hey partypimp, could you post some larger pics of what you did with your headlight? I've been thinking of doing something with my light and need some ideas.

 

And definitely don't trash it, you can find all those parts you just listed on ebay for quite cheap (except the case cover, that will be a little pricey, maybe you could JB Weld it). Check out the LT230S forum (the one with over 5000 replies) and you'll find everything you need to know and more about your ATV.

 

i dont even have a headlight anymore i got rid of it to start getting the atv race ready and the day after i took it off is when i had all the accidents and ive been watching ebay and the parts that i need never really go on

Naw, just the style of it. I hate the look of the light stock and I'm just trying to come up w/ ideas to make it look better. I can't take it off cause I do a lot of night riding. I might just replace it.
