15-18 ft-lbs for 8mm nuts. 5-8 ft-lbs for the 6mm nuts. .001-.003 intake, .003-.005 exhaust. According to factory service manual.
Don't let any rtv squeeze out on the cam bearing when you put the valve cover back on. Use rtv on valve cover bolts that had rubber washers. There should be 2 of them and they will leak oil if you don't.

As per my clymer manual torque specs as follows:
Conventional or "4" marked bolt use this
bolt diameter MM N.m ft. lb.
4 1-2 0.7-1.5
5 2-4 1.5-3.0
6 4-7 3-5
8 10-16 7-11.5
10 22-35 16-25.5
12 35-55 25.5-40
14 50-80 36-58
16 80-130 58-94
18 130-190 94-137.5
NOW if the Bolt is marked "7" USE below specs
Bolt Diameter N.m ft.lb.
4 1.5-3 1-2
5 3-6 2-4.5
6 8-12 6-8.5
8 18-28 13-20
10 40-60 29-43.5
12 70-100 50.5-72.5
14 110-160 79.5-115.5
16 170-250 123-181
18 200-280 144-202
