A bog when you stab the throttle is usually the accelerator pump, check to make sure you get a good shot when you pump the throttle. Also, is that a CV carb? sometimes the diaphram gets a hole in it, and the slide moves too slow, and you get a bog when hitting the gas too fast.

yes it a CV carb and doesnt have a acclerator pump, I bought carb on ebay and it came wth a dynojet kit and the kits biggest jet is a 170, I got it running pretty strong now with no bog, I know the float was off so I adj at 1/2 inch like the stock warrior carb. and now that Im done I read on the net the float height is 13mm so Im close,I got it running real strong now with no bog at all, but Im using like a mikuni 210 main jet and the dynajet needle all the way down and clip on the highest grove, its in the 40s now, when the weather get warmer Im going try some defferant jets and needle adj.

I've used the Dyno jet set up in my Wolverine, they don't recommend mixing their needle and stock Mikuni jets, their needle is made to work with their jets, you can order bigger jets from Dyno jet, I had to to get mined dialed in right.
