well decided to do an all out project will keep this post updated

That's a good question. My buddy has the 250s and we were wondering the exact same thing. I think there is a way to get them out, but not sure. Look for a c-clip in there under all the grease.

If you find out, let us know.

I'd just get the 230 gas tank, seat, and plastics off ebay. Unless you want to put a lot of money into it buying plastics from suzuki.

Or you could make a small fortune parting it out on ebay.

They're just pressed I think. Here's a link to some LT230S ball-joints:

eBay Motors: SUZUKI QUADRACER, SPORT 230, 250 LOWER A ARM BALL JOINT (item 400044903659 end time May-21-09 17:24:46 PDT)

If you can't find any for yours, try some for the 230 maybe. When I put my 250S arms on my 230, the 250S ball joints were still on there and they worked fine.

True that! You could get all your money back just from the front a-arms!!

Looks like your drive chain could stand to be replaced gearhead! lol

All that rust keeps it stiff so it doesn't flop off and break the side cover.
