i bought it new with no problems for 10 years last fall it started loading up black smoke so, this spring i decided to rebuild carb. complete rebuild all parts jet everything ,still had problem so, i replaced coil , still same never shut off ever just acted like it was loading up check gas cap all lines to carb. check for mud dobers rechecked float 3 times , so replaced feul shut off , still same, adjusted valves really scratching my head last night took it for ride it started acting up turned head lights problem goes away rectifier just heads up for anyone
