Default Cooling fan problems

Hey I have a 05' Suzuki Z400 and noticed the cooling fan hasn't turned on in a while. It was working a while back but I rode it a lot today and it would seem like it would be running all the time because it was extremely hot just on the side of yur legs and it wasnt even running. I checked the fuse on it and it didnt look burned out but I changed it anyway and it still doesnt turn on....not sure what else it could be. Any help would be appreciated.

No, no light. We were running it really fast down some long stretches of road a few miles too and I just noticed that the fan never seems to turn on. I've ran it a lot less before just on our back property and the fan would turn on but that was last year since I rode it and noticed that. I know it turns on when its needed but the engine was so hot it seemed like it would be on for a while.....idk

Remove the switch and check the temp it comes on at. May be that your speed resulted in enough airflow to keep below the vital point.
